Dolphin Screen Tearing/Horizontal Lines w/Vsync On
So here's the problem - currently, when I play any game in Dolphin, horizontal lines appear and make their way down the screen. The odd thing is, I have VSync on and a 60Hz display, so I'm not too sure why this is happening. Any help would be appreciated.
