Iron ore fines from the dump were collected from Gua iron ore mines, Jharkhand. Chemical analysis of iron ore are shown in Table 1 and size-wise chemical analysis is shown in Fig. 1.For jigging, +0.5 mm samples were used and −0.5 mm samples were subjected to multi gravity separation.
